Founded in 2025, ArbIT was created inside the environments where dealership profit is truly determined: the shop, recon departments, and auction lanes. These are the places where small decisions become real dollars, profit is won or lost, long before a car ever reaches the retail line.
After seeing dealers lose thousands because arbitration was handled on spreadsheets or forgotten altogether, ArbIT was created to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to a process that has been overlooked for too long.

Founder & CEO
Sam brings more than 30 years of automotive industry experience across reconditioning, inspection, appraisal, fixed operations, and operational consulting. She has spent her career building and improving processes inside the environments where dealership profit is truly made: the shop, recon, and auction operations.
With deep expertise in process design, multi-unit management, training, and continuous improvement, Sam created ArbIT to solve a long-standing gap she saw in every store she worked with. She leads product development and strategic direction, ensuring ArbIT reflects real workflows and gives dealers the visibility and structure needed to recover the profit they have been missing.
VP of Operations
Joe brings more than 15 years of hands-on automotive operations experience, including reconditioning leadership, inspection oversight, service workflow management, and customer-facing operations. His background spans team management, quality control, arbitration handling, and production planning across high-volume automotive environments.
His expertise in operational efficiency, process standardization, and cross-department alignment allows him to shape ArbIT's internal processes and support model. As VP of Operations, Joe ensures the platform delivers measurable operational impact and leads the development of ArbIT Concierge, helping dealers create consistent, accountable arbitration practices across every rooftop.
